SUMMARY: Brand Communications Manager

We’re looking to hire a Brand Communications Manager to join our team. The Brand Communications Manager will collaborate with the Creative Director and liaise with our PR Agency to build customer engagement and to maximize publicity from our partnerships and campaigns.

Our ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to amplify external-facing narratives for Kreatr’s platform and technologies, as well as an employee and corporate narrative about our culture and the incredibly talented team we are building. They will help develop and implement the US communications strategy, starting with a local approach that scales nationally as Kreatr’s brand expands.

The Brand Communications Manager will collaborate with the Creative team to create integrated campaigns that appeal to existing and prospective customers, ensuring every opportunity to promote Kreatr’s brand is maximized. Most importantly, you’ll be a guardian of our brand, making sure we stay ahead of our competition.

SOME ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE*:

• Analyze our brand’s position in the market to gather consumer insights
• Collaborate with the Creative Studio to develop short-term and long-term marketing campaigns that are in line with the brand’s message and positioning
• Work with other departments to ensure campaigns best demonstrate brand capability
• Prepare reports on the success of all campaigns
• Help drive an integrated strategic internal and external messaging and communications plan to advance Kreatr’s brand identity as well as awareness of our technology, and broader mission.
• Support the preparation of articles and blog posts, talking points, speeches, presentations, and other supporting materials as we position Kreatr as an industry leader and innovator.
• Work with our PR agency to actively engage, cultivate and manage press, media, and relationships to ensure coverage and amplification surrounding Kreatr’s public announcements, and other projects.
• Partner with HR and Culture teams to ensure alignment on internal communications, key messages, employer branding, and executive communications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES THAT YOU BRING

• [3 ] years of experience in a similar role
• Able to translate complex ideas into engaging and persuasive communications.
• An audience-first mindset, with a passion for creating innovative and engaging messaging and communications that inform and influence.
• Thrives working with multiple projects and deadlines. Project management experience - managing multiple deadlines and projects – is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of product management principles
• A creative, self-starter mindset
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• A keen eye for detail

SALARY: $55,000 - $80,000 USD
